Within a remarkably short span, Shannon’s leadership and innovative strategies have made her an invaluable asset to our team.

As Director of Public and Media Relations, Shannon leads our team in cultivating and overseeing media and public relations for Nickerson’s client-partners across various industries, including proptech, sustainability, AEC, commercial real estate, and healthcare. Her strategic communications leverage media sources, social media platforms, and creative storytelling techniques to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Shannon’s journey is a remarkable example of embracing change and seizing new opportunities. From her roots in Boston, where she completed her undergraduate degree at Wellesley College and her graduate degree at Emerson College, to her impactful roles in television and public relations, Shannon continues to inspire those around her. Outside of her professional life, she is a dedicated mother of three, a two-time Boston Marathon finisher, and an avid participant in competitive sports.
